Terms of use
Last updated: 22 September 2026
These terms are the rules for using Lahora. By creating an account or booking a session, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy policy.
1. About Lahora
Lahora (lahora.app) is run by Viacheslav Alekseev. Contact: [email protected].
Lahora helps online specialists (such as teachers, psychologists and coaches) show when they are free and take bookings. Clients book through a specialist's link, without an account.
2. The service is free for now
Lahora is free to use at the moment. If we add paid features later, we will tell specialists in advance, and nothing becomes paid without your agreement.
Lahora does not handle payments. Any payment for a session is agreed and made directly between the specialist and the client.
3. Who can use Lahora
You must be at least 16 years old. You must give true information, and use your own name and email.
Specialists are responsible for their account: keep your password safe and tell us at once if you think someone else uses your account.
4. Specialists
As a specialist, you are responsible for:
- your services, descriptions and prices, and for the sessions you give;
- answering booking requests, and keeping to the bookings you confirm;
- following the laws and rules of your profession;
- the client data you receive: use it only to arrange and give the booked session, and handle it as data protection law requires.
The agreement for a session is between you and your client. Lahora is not a party to it.
5. Clients
A new booking is a request until the specialist confirms it. You get emails about your booking, and you can cancel it with the link in them.
The session is given by the specialist, not by Lahora. Questions about the session, its content or its payment go to the specialist.
6. What is not allowed
- fake bookings, or bookings you do not plan to keep;
- spam, harassment or illegal content;
- pretending to be someone else;
- trying to break, overload or get around the protection of Lahora, or copying its data with automated tools.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. Your content
What you add to Lahora (such as your profile and services) stays yours. You allow us to store it and show it as needed to run the service, for example on your public booking page.
8. No guarantees
We work to keep Lahora running and correct, but we provide it "as is". We cannot promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that every email will arrive. Keep your own record of important bookings.
We may change, add or remove features. If we plan to stop the service, we will tell specialists in advance so they can inform their clients.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost income, missed sessions, or disputes between specialists and clients.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it, for example for damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence, and nothing takes away your rights as a consumer.
10. Ending
You can stop using Lahora at any time. To delete your account and data, write to [email protected].
11. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of the page. If a change is important, we tell specialists by email before it applies. If you keep using Lahora after that, the new terms apply.
12. Law
These terms follow the law of Spain. Disputes go to the courts of Spain. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection that the law of your country of residence gives you, and you can also go to the courts there.
